Cancellation policy

We offer cancellations on purchases made of the services offered on our Website. We offer cancellations only prior to performance of the service. You may cancel your order by contacting us. If you cancel your purchase, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Cancellation policy requires 24 hours notification prior to your appointment or you will be asked to pay the full session fee.  The Egg Session time slot has been held open for you when others could be utilizing that time period. Thank you for your understanding.

The cancellation fee shall be as follows: Cancellation policy is up to 24-hrs prior (early cancel) for full refund. Refunds via credit card may take up to a week for processing through the system. If cancellation occurs within 24-hours, purchaser will forfeit their session fee.. We will issue you a refund of the full purchase price that you paid if you cancel your purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel your purchase for any reason, in our sole discretion, including but not limited to fraud, inaccuracies, and unavailability of the items or services purchased. We will let you know immediately if we plan on cancelling your purchase.
